The production plant “Max-Well” was initially designed and built in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and it is outfitted with up-to-date high-precision equipment. The unique equipment allows us to be first in Ukraine to manufacture the medicines in pre-filled syringes, gels and ointments in unit dose packets.
The company has established the full technological cycle for our pharmaceutical production, starting with the stage of formulation development.
“Max-Well's” manufacturing includes three production units:
To eliminate the cross-contamination of starting materials, semi-products and finished products, the manufacturing areas were built with the use of “clean room” technology. Only the materials, process equipment and accessories certified to the international standards and approved for use in pharmaceutical industry were used for construction of clean rooms.
“Max-Well” production is equipped with up-to-date water-treatment system and the advanced ventilation and air conditioning systems of the European level. The air handling systems maintain the specified clean room classes. Building Management System ensures continuous automatic control and monitoring of the parameters of the air delivered to the manufacturing areas. We established quality assurance system and management of the pharmaceutical manufacturing complied with international standards such as GMP and ISO. Multi-level quality control, state-of-the-art equipment, highly qualified personnel ensure the high-quality of our products. Automated testing provides the technological process consistency in every stage of manufacturing and filling.
