The unit has three areas of complete manufacturing process: the department for production of solutions and lyophilized powders in vials, the department for production of injectable medicines in high-quality glass pre-filled syringes, there is no analogue in Ukraine and the department for small batch production of vials and syringes, equipped with the freeze-drier.
Production unit is provided with state-of-the-art facility of the leading manufacturer-companies from Germany, Italy and USA. The machine for aseptic filling and sealing of glass syringes is made by “Inova” company (Germany) and assures hundred-per-cent accuracy of dosing. There was established fully automated control of every stage of process, including process of cleaning and sterilization equipment. The production unit area is approximately 1900 sq. m. Our capacities enable us to produce of 29 million vials and 40 million syringes annually .
